Progresif Sdn Bhd proudly announces its ongoing impactful collaboration with the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) for the second consecutive year. The joint program, focusing on Customer Service Excellence, unfolded over a three-week period, from November 9th to November 23rd, 2023.
In this second iteration, Progresif reaffirms its commitment to advancing education and community development by once again hosting students pursuing the Higher National Technical Education Certificate (HNTec) in Real Estate Management and Agency. Drawing from the success of the previous year, this initiative continues to empower students with practical experiences particular emphasis on customer service, etiquette, work ethics, and loyalty, preparing students essential for their educational and future career pathways.
Led by Progresif’s Talent Management Advisor, Haji Abdul Azeez bin DP Haji Abdul Salam, and supported by Training Officers Azri bin Haji Jamai and Ramizah binti Mohd Azri, the course brought together a wealth of experience to guide and invited to share their knowledge on best practices in customer service mentor the students.
“The students were immersed in real-world customer service scenarios, learning not only the art of swift issue resolution but also developing a heightened awareness of additional factors at play during these elaborate interactions. Key elements were highlighted such as communication to customer with empathy and the pivotal role of being a front-line representative of a company brand was underscored throughout the program,” shared Talent Management Advisor at Progresif, Haji Abdul Azeez bin DP Haji Abdul Salam.
